This 1 Land Impact tree with presents is hybred style of 8 panel tree form and skirt mesh encircled with 3D mesh presents that allow for a much bigger tree without an exponetial land impact increase incurred by full brached mesh trees.

The delivery box doubles as a texture lag proofer prim in case you are on a sim or have a viewer that experiences slow texture load. Just rez the proofer/pe-loader prim and hide it in one of the boxes for a smooth transition between twinkles.
