the only bad thing is the when you stretch the number of prims get higher (much more bigger... more prims)
if you have prims in your land .. GREAT buy! or use small to save prims

I was looking for a small rustic stage for my blues venue and this was perfect. It's great work, nice detail, superb price - and its mod! So for me I just changed the "theatre" letters to say "Blues" and swapped out the pictures on the side with some classic blues artists. Voila! Perfect in every way. Great job, great price. Looking forward to more things from this creator.
