This is a rigged item and there are 5 sizes available.
You can also customize the mesh in appearance, note that not all the slider works, but the ones you need to fit your avatar to the mesh works :)

works well with mesh avatars too

The baggy fit is very forgiving and looks great on mesh avatars too. I'm using an Aesthetic avatar and these pants fit nicely over my thick athletic build. With their loose fit they look better than most pants made specifically for the Aesthetic avatar.
