Good Mesh But Problems
The mesh itself seems good looking, but there are some issues. One, it won't fit an avatar because of how the straps are set up, so you can't wear it and have it look right. It's already oversized for my avatar and it's a nope on the straps. This is clearly meant to be rezzed on the ground as shown in the picture.
However... it is also a whopping 81 LI! Uhm... Okay.
Also, no textures are provided, so even if you could get past the extremely high LI, you can't customize it.
Sorry, but one star for this.
