Meshopotamia Prefab kit 005

Thank you for your interest in Meshopotamia's Prefab Kit 005.

The kit consists of multiple meshes, and most of them have 2 to 4 texture faces. The floor/patio mesh has one texture face per room, plus patio and fundament.

Each mesh is carefully modeled for optimal versatility, LOD, Physics and Land impact.

The full set, with 9 sliding doors, has a LI of 23 and a footprint of 10x15 m.

There is a total of 60 AO textures (including altenative AO bakes for some of the parts), all of them are baked as 1024*1024 textures to give you as smooth and detailed AO maps as possible to work with.
I advise you to scale most or all down to 512 or smaller before you upload.

Please take note of the mesh sizes to find the optimal aspect ratio for your textures.

By purchasing items from Meshopotamia, you are purchasing a license which grants certain rights to use the textures, sculpts, mesh objects, poses, animations, sounds, scripts, and/or kits (henceforth referred to as components) contained within a package, and you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.) The components are strictly for content creation only in the virtual world of Second Life™.

2.) The components may not be resold, given away, or otherwise distributed.

3.) Finished goods made with the components may be sold with Transfer OR Copy permissions. They may NOT be sold or otherwise distributed with Transfer AND Copy permissions.

4.) Finished goods made with Limited Edition and/or Group Exclusive items from Meshopotamia may not be sold for less than 10% of the full permission price.

In other words:

You may NOT:

1. Resell and/or redistribute any components that you buy or receive from Meshopotamia , as components. This includes, but is not limited to, BIAB’s (Business in a Box), Resell Shops, Freebie Stores, Builders Kits, distributing to friends, alts, group gifts, etc. This also applies to the Second Life Marketplace™, or any other form of website. Altering said items/components for the purpose of reselling and/or redistrubution as components is also prohibited.

2. Use any components that you buy or receive from Meshopotamia in any virtual world, game, grid, etc. other than Second Life™.

3. Sell nor give away your finished products using any components that you buy or receive from Meshopotamia with both Copy AND Transfer permissions.

4. Sell nor give away finished products made with Limited Edition/ Group Exclusive components bought from Meshopotamia for less than 10% of what you paid for it. This includes using these items as hunt gifts, group gifts, gacha items or sale items as long as your customer pays less than 10% of the full perm price.
Example: You pay L$ 1000 for a kit and can sell your finished product for L$ 100 or more.

You MAY:
1. Use Meshopotamia components for your finished products to be sold and/or given away in Second Life™, as long as the product permissions are No Copy OR No Transfer.

2. Use Limited Edition/Group exclusive components from Meshopotamia for your finished products to be sold in Second Life™, as long as the product permissions are No Copy OR No Transfer, AND the retail price is at least 10% of the full perm price.

3. Download Meshopotamia textures to your computer to create textures for use in your creations in Second Life™ ONLY (not for reselling/redistribution purposes).
