Message Bar with the following options:

1. Resizable: 1.25m to 64m wide.
2. Changeable background color.
3. Changeable characters color.
4. 1, 2 or 3 messages to enter.
5. Adjustable cycle time 1-10 seconds for each message to show.
6. Bright light for characters on/off.
7. Reset to default settings
8. Help notecard.
9. On/off

Notes:
- Colors for backside / characters to choose from:
Black, white, gray, red, green, blue, cyan, yellow, pink, purple and orange.
- 21 characters maximum for each message.
- Characters: abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
