MetaHarper Show Tools is a complete, collaborative system for managing SL performances. If you need to rez and de-rez props safely and accurately, move objects and avatars smoothly, script camera zooms and pans, choreograph animations and special effects with real time precision, then you have found the right toolkit.
I created this set of tools to promote the performing arts and creative exhibitions within SL and attempt to enable truly collaborative work, where a group of cooperating individuals can work on the same objects at the same time. Normally in-world creation tools are difficult to share with people other than the owner, but this tool suite attempts to break these barriers.
These tools have been used for years to run weekly multimedia shows across the grid, large annual acclaimed performances, and as part of exhibits in the Linden Endowment for the Arts regions.

These tools are powerful, and require some careful reading and/or experimentation to take greatest advantage. The target audience for these tools are individuals or groups with some moderate technical ability, attempting to reliably automate sequences of events (camera actions, avatar movements, object rezzing, object movements, avatar animations, etc).

Simply the best.
I started making dances five years ago now. When I started i tried other tools as well to find out which one I like best. I very quickly saw that the MetaHarper Show Tools was what I wanted. Now after 50+ dances I still say I love it. It can do everything I want and the programming of Movers is great and quite simple. It also has a few special trick that only the MetaHarper Show Tools can do. One of those is golden. I can let others run my dances. If I am having a bad day and am somehow blocked my fellow dancer have my back and can take over. You cannot imagine how important that is. And it take all the stress off me. Dancing is a team event and Metaharpers is the right tool to use. One more thing, Arrehn, the maker of MST is always there to help us. I have asked him loads of times and there is always a great answer ready. I would give MST 10 stars if I could as it's simply the best.
Best dance value on the grid!
All tool included to create as complex or simple of a performance, interactive event, sim tour, machinima or video that you could want. Simple to use and RELIABLE. Low lag features works reliably even in extreme circumstances. The rezzer alone is worth the money!

The whole thing is very modular and you can use only what you need.
The ability to control the whole thing via local chat makes it really powerful as you can create your own HUDs, objects and other scripts to interact with.. .anything!
There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning to get it all working, but once past that, it's a breeze! Everything just work.
I haven't used other tools, so I can't really compare, but I think it's money well spent!
Excellent, comprehensive and great support
I bought the MetaHarper Show Tools after using a different system and I am delighted with the extent of the functionality. The movers can be easily programmed to go through a sequence of moves using the built in waypoint creation, or can be controlled by the MST Performance Engine. The engine can do a multitude of things such as controlling the theater curtains, other scripted items via their local chat channels, instructing the movers to move between specific waypoints, to a specific coordinate, or to execute just a part of their sequence, and control the camera views of the audience if you want! More excitingly, the Performance Engine can also control animations for the avatars sitting on the movers, so a complex sequence of moves that require different animations at different points can be accurately controlled. It seemed quite daunting when I first opened the box but it quickly got easier to use once I'd figured out the basics. My partner and I are looking forward to creating some really great performances together (we can configure everything for multiple choreographers!) The price is astounding considering how superb this is!
Best mover system in SL
I have used a few systems and this is not only the best, most comprehensive mover system, but it is easy to use, allows for many options of creativity. The creator Is very approachable and willing to help.

This toolset is an exquisite gem for any choreographer. It combines a rezzer, timeline, camera, movers and more. With these tools a dancer/builder can create shows or art installations which can be played by anyone on demand. This approach is especially useful for collaborative projects. The animations will be in the dance pads with no need to wear any dance huds. The creator answered promptly, and with an update he fixed all known bugs. It works like a charm. The swiss army knife of show tools. Thanks a million, keep up the good work! Five stars.
