Nice build
If your looking for modern style then this is the station for you. However it comes with issues, for the size of it's footprint there is a lack of rooms, it's also not 96 prims, in fact the two objects you get clustered equal 129LI, and 167 Prims total. Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/cjvv6p However all that said if you have some know how with a small bit of work this can be a really awesome and relatively low prim station! But buyer be ware this is not going to be an out of the box use if your detail oriented or looking for something under 100 Land Impact.
