It will fit easily both female and male, with the hairbase it comes with that provides you a natural look.
The Beatrice Headwrap comes with an easy to use HUD to resize it; simply wear it, click the "resize" button and choose the % of resizing you want.
Although it will show as NO MOD in your inventory due to the scripts inside, the object is actually editable manually, if you prefer this metod. The headwrap constists of a root prim and the actual headwrap mesh. If you need to squish the headwrap horizontally or vertically to fit your head shape better, you can use the edit tool, choosing the "edit linked parts" and selecting only the headwrap.
REMEMBER TO ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP COPY before fiddling with the product!
