This is my first ever EEP. It's nothing special. But, I wanted to make something that was like midnight, but instead of a moon, you have a blue sun in the distance. Yes, this is a very blue setting.
This setting is not PBR.
How do you apply this? Find the item once it's in your inventory, right click it, and click apply to myself. The item is modify. So you should be able to change it how you'd like.
