Drop the block on your land and it will spawn up to 3 Creepers that patrol in an area around the spawner block.
The Creepers will pursuit and explode near anyone that comes within range.
If a Creeper goes out of range of the spawner block, or the block is removed, the Creepers will automatically disappear.
I believe everything should be full perms but things are a little funky with scrips inside of objects that are spawned with scripts.
You will need build permissions on the land for it to work properly. Please do not harass people.
