This mini-monastery (footprint 23x10) is a perfect retreat for a small group of up to six monks, and at only 18 LI wont fill your sim or gobble your prims! A compact build, yet featuring Cloisters, and areas suitable for a Chapel (ground floor)and combined rectory/dormitory(upper floor). This build features distinct gothic styling, but will work equally well in a modern or any past period sim, or even a High Fantasy setting, since specific religious detail is absent.
Just add furnishings. A real bargain buy.
