very cool "small" house with 2 rooms and the price cant be beat!
low prim but quite nice in detail...too bad i replaced the entire ceiling/roof and alot of the wall (inside and out)details(textures) with smoke colour because i want to be able to see out at my panoramaic holosphere.
most definitely worth getting even if you dont want something to mod, its nice just as it sits.
my friend plays with modding "copy/mod" houses alot and he taught me, and i'm having fun making things more to my exact liking from nice things available for free.
