Mistral is a windlight system for any parcel of any size which works with most viewers (not just one).
You can create a unique location-dependent lighting experience in minutes without having to be a scripter. Just rez the prim and you will be guided through the setup process in 3 easy steps. Once the setup is complete you will be given the choice of hiding the prim or leave it visible for later editing.
Even the smallest parcels can have multiple windlight settings, based on where you are in that parcel. It could be dawn in your front yard, midday in your living room and midnight in your bedroom. Own a club? Set your dance floor to something dark to show off the lights, and set the rest of the club to something romantic. You can have per-room settings in your build, or create special effects by placing different small sets together for a psychedelic effect.
This system does not depend on any specific viewer or any set of Windlight presets. As long as your viewer supports RLV, Mistral will work for you. Just add the free invisible, wearable custom relay and you will be able to enjoy the location with the windlight settings that the owner has chosen.

This system helps me to automate my windlight experience at home. I have this trigger a dark windlight at my landing point, a nice sunset one at the porch and a sunny one at the beach. I droped the Mistral relay into my OpenCollar collar so I don't need to use an extra attachment slot.
