Hello there this is my first Building I started from a Picture.
It comes on a 50 x 50 m plattform and has a pool with a fishtank underneath, a garage and a sauna. All in all 3 storys (Cellar Middle- and Topfloor) connected with a lift and two poseballs to tp up and down. It also has bumping sliding doors and little gimmicks like a postbox.
PS: This Items has NO ANIMATION FOR SITTING OR DRIVING OR OTHER THINGS ACCEPT DOORS

Its nice but......
This is a nice house big and really nice only you have to put all thhe bits together yourself. But yeah its nice when its up :)
