Linden Labs own the assets, I own the copyrights, you buy from me the rights to use my objects within the terms above, simple as that.

BUT, the best part about his work is that it is not only inexpensive it is of EXCELLENT quality! I have several of his textures, which I also think the quality and the uniqueness are outstanding but now the mesh items are also of the same high quality!
