Lights: Control Lights subdivided internal-external on/off. Lights not linked can place quick where necessary.
Windows: Control Windows 3 state Open-Half-Closed.
Fireplace: Control Fire On/off. Fireplace not linked can place quick where necessary.
Fountain: Internal wall Fountain with animated water with sound and light. Fountain not linked can place quick where necessary.

Doors: Entrance Door is controlled also from the house system or in any case the doors can be controlled directly for greater convenience, and can be set Owner-Group-Everyone or even from the list, for maximum customization.
