Found what I wanted
I've tried finding hair bases that I actually liked and have fallen slightly short a few other times over the last few years. I put this one on and once I did I decided to just stick to this and not applying a hair over the base. I think it is a clean looking cut. I am not a designer or a fashionista. Just a simple person looking for a clean looking hair. I respect the other views and reviews. We all have our preferences. This one happens to tick all the boxes for me and I am glad I got it.
Good enough.
I'd probably give it 4.5 stars if I could, because it's not perfect; the hair base texture (Catwa) isn't quite the same texture as the hair I used (Baron), but it's not super noticeable from far away, so it gets the job done for the most part. A+ customer service, because the creator replied the same day to help, and fixed one of the problems I had with it (my Catwa hud had the hair base layer set on black), and suggested I rotate the hair back a bit, but also offered to help in the future if I updated my head, which is probably a good idea. Overall, not a waste of money; just requires better equipment than mine and better skills at avatar-ing. I do have to rate it for my personal experience though, so 4.5 in my book, for 'good enough', but not great. 0.5 stars off for the texture difference, that's all. Many thanks to the creator also. Its needs work
It used it as a catwa applier not BOM. The hair base has a bad haircut kind of look to it. Its a skin fade but right at the middle at the back of the head, there is a huge dark spot. This could be better but I have bought both the catwa hair base and the jett hair. Wearing both cancels each other out. I had the buy the hair base because the jett hair doesn't include a hair base just a hud to resize. As you see here https://tinyurl.com/y5eof3jx. The other problem with the hair base has a white line that comes down the middle at the back of the head when you cam far away. When you came the head closer it dissppears. Its could be better but needs work.
