PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Notecard Filing System (NFS) is a powerful and flexible tool designed for both personal and group use, capable of storing and managing large quantities of notecards with ease.
The System Manager allows you to customize user access with precision. Add individual users by name and set permissions to view, add, or remove files. Similarly, you can grant access to one or more groups by entering their UUID and defining permissions for viewing, adding, or removing files. Anyone wearing an authorized group tag (who isn’t already listed as an individual user) will have access based on the group’s defined permissions.
A standout feature is the "File Shortcodes" system, which enables you to categorize files or lock them with a password that must be validated before delivery. Authorized users can view all files, search by file name or category (set via shortcode), and choose to deliver or remove files (if permitted).
Accidentally deleted files can be recovered by the owner using a dedicated directory for deleted files, which only the owner can access or clear. Additionally, the system includes a backup feature that creates a timestamped object containing a complete copy of all current files, which can be easily stored in your inventory.

The last notecard management system you'll ever need to buy
I've been using this thing for ages. How I have not reviewed it yet, I am not sure.
Setting up the NFS is a breeze. The System Manager notecard has crystal clear instructions and the versatility of the category and role systems are bar none.
It's great. It's just great. If you need a notecard management system, I implore you to buy the NFS. It's easily one of the best things I've spent L$ on in the 7 years I've been in SL.

I bought this system a while ago and have finally set it up. Setup was easy and so was learning how to use it. Really nice. I set up my notes via category and retrieving notes this way works well. I have recommended this system to a friend of mine. Thank you for making this product.

Just got this!
I script myself but there are some things in life you don't learn to do and something this complex is something I will learn eventually but need now as my sim takes off. After reading the features list I just clicked add to cart. You had me at user access and the overkill was the owner can restore notecards feature
