USE OF REZ BOX:
. Drag the rez box on the land;
. click it;
. click "REZ" on windos that appear;
. Do not open doors or windows before the correct positioning of the house
. If edit rez box and move/rotate it, the house is moved/rotated.
. When the house is placed in better position, click "DONE" (remove all rez scripts)
