Mousie's Urban Compound is a small fenced warehouse facility. There is a RLV capture cage built into the inside wall of the warehouse. The facility comes with Arcadia Asylums Slum City cargo containers, pallets, barrels and a working (drivable) Hobo forklift. The Hobo forklift does have a no mod script in it, the rest is full perm.
