It is a no-copy item so that means that if you lose it or delete it by mistake, I cannot return it, redeliver it, or anything else. I cannot provide technical support if it breaks and I cannot help you if something goes wrong with rezzing it. If you lose the item while rezzing it, log out and log back in; it'll reappear in your inventory. Otherwise, I can provide no support if you have lost it.
If you receive an already unpacked item and it is empty, please send a notecard or an IM; I will do my best to get you the item you purchased or offer you a refund. This the ONLY CIRCUMSTANCE IN WHICH I WILL EVER OFFER A REFUND.
Unpacking is required with this gacha item as it does not come unpacked for you. Refer to the gacha key to ensure you are getting the exact item you wish to get. I do not offer refunds if you purchase the wrong item.
