I Highly Recommend This HUD
I am very pleased with this HUD. It does everything you need for controlling the appearance of prims, sculpts and mesh. Although it is set up for shoes with feet, it can be used on any kind of build. Very easy to setup. You can custom build a HUD to suit a particular application including only the controls you need or use the pre-built one that comes in the pack. Customer Service is great too!
The best! - I spent months searching & trying...
I am not a programmer, I am a builder; I understand creating with prims, sculpts & mesh - I do not grasp code. Thus, I wanted all the power possible in a HUD, but without having to learn how to code. I got every HUD system demo available and worked with all of them. I noted how quickly & thoroughly the developers responded to my questions. I noticed if they were pleasant or not in communication. I checked how long they had been in SL, how long their HUD has been available, and the reviews. I also noticed the HUDs other creators were using and watched to see how well their products performed with those HUDs.The result of months of searching & trying is that I bought the Professional Texture Changer HUD with Advanced Color Picker. Essential & Invaluable!
It pains me when I think about how many other texture-change scripting HUDs I went through before finally buying this one. I feel like I tried them all! Each one seemed to lack some essential function, or trade customizability for ease of use. If you're on the fence about buying this, for whatever reason, allow me to save you some time: THIS IS THE GOLD STANDARD.
This scripting HUD does literally everything you need it to do, and even does one or two things you think you don't need, but will probably find yourself using later. It allows you to make an extremely robust, feature-rich HUD for your creations, the directions are easy to follow (even if you're an impatient "skimmer" like me), and the willingness of the creator to take the time out to answer questions, solve problems, and walk you through any confusion goes WELL above and beyond the average end-user experience in SL.
I contacted Miglena because, while I knew "materials enabled" options are a feature of this HUD, I couldn't tell whether or not I could get the HUD options to go as deep as I needed them to. Miglena got back to me very promptly to not only inform me that the HUD could do *exactly* what I needed it to do, and then took the time to explain how step by step. And then, just to make doubly sure I understood, she gave me an advance BETA of the latest scripts which contained added features and even, impossibly, greater ease of use! It's safe to say users will be pleased at the future updates!
So, take it from me and every other delighted user who has shared a review here; this texture-change system is phenomenal, and I can't think of a single thing it lacks. You owe it to yourself and anyone who enjoys your creations to build your HUDs using this incredible system.
