Usually in SL you see Multi Scene skys. This time you can have 5 scenes in your land and you can change whenever you want.

▬There are options in the station menu for rezzing, deleting, moving scenes and also for making the platform itself invisible.
If you'll be using the station together with your rental, you can edit the notecard inside its contents and add the desired resident name into the whitelist, allowing so the platform menu access. Also you may open it for group or public access ( all/group/owner)

▬Rezzing platform has only 5 prims.
