Disagree with the review before mine here.
I think it may depend on the color of your furry avatar, but mine has very define muscles which are enhanced with actual muscle build in appearance menu. I am highly impressed with this with the combo of the two, it works great for me!

Blurs do not impress me
All this really does is blur some lines on, there's no muscular definition at all - it just makes one's chest and crotch look like they need to rez, but never quite do. And for some reason, it puts lines up and down one's back and sides.
Not worth the price at all.
