I was going to get the PBX addon as well since I wanted to put a second phone in another sim as a personal number, but turns out this thing also supports it, up to three separate phones.
If you're going to buy just one add-on for the norphone, this should be it - in addition to the above, the ability to store messages comes handy when you're out or offline.
Works great, easy to set up
If you buy nothing else to go with your NorPhone, buy this. It's easily more reliable than SL's IM system when you're needing to catch an offline message. Setup was a cinch and interacting with it is actually fun since you need to push the buttons on the machine itself. Not a menu, no chat commands needed. Just like a real answering machine =D
