The NorPhone PBX is a multi-purpose networking tool developed by Northbridge Business Systems for use on the Gentek Telecom network.
ALL NORPHONE PRODUCTS ARE ACTUAL FUNCTIONING TELEPHONES! They are the ONLY phones in Second Life that actually place and receive calls gridwide. You can talk to anyone with a NorPhone using text chat.
The NorPhone PBX is a specialized call routing tool used to create line splitters, phone trees, and holding queues. Incoming calls can trigger multiple phones to ring at the same time (split), be routed to a specific line depending on the caller's choice (dial tree), find a single available line in a call center (sequence), or hold the call with optional music until the "downstream" phone is available (hold). The PBX cannot make calls on its own, and cannot be used without connecting it to one or more other NorPhones.

This is a great system for your business or anything. The whole NBS system is amazing with how it works. I love how much customization and cool stuff you can do with the PBX systems.

I absolutely love it. however, I have had anissue where I have had to reset the device on a daily basis, perhaps because of the way I have it set up. all in all I definitely recommend buying this.
