COPY and MODIFY (to stretch & resize only, you cannot modify the color and the script inside, the reason why it will show NO MODIFY)
Flicker is random. You cannot edit the intensity of the glow, speed, timing and color but you can recolor the mesh letters.
I can assemble letters for custom made Neon Sign to make it 1 piece, for easy editing stretching and to save a few prims.
Low LOD, so adjust your viewer's LOD to 4 for better results

Good when close to it
Sadly, this item has very bad LOD - even a short distance away, the mesh degrades. 1 LI per letter is nice, but I'd rather have 2-3 LI and better LOD for it.
Works great when being very close to the object, and the mesh as such seems well made.
