NEON-SIGN-GIF-Legs Version 1

This sign is our GIF "LEGS" sign and is cop/mod so that you can adjust it the way you want it. The GIF script is copy only.

You must be on a sim, where scripts are allowed to run for it to work. The GIF script has a few textures working to give the illusion of animation. LEGS are seen in two different positions.
