If you are using the official Second Life Viewer or the latest Firestorm (or other 3rd party viewers) then you CAN see PBR - use the V3[PBR] set.
If you use an old viewer and don't want to update, then you CANNOT see PBR - use the V2[LEGACY] set.

had to build a beach on a "no sand" sim..dropped the land, threw these out..looked better than most Linden beaches I go to.
