Don't listen to the negative reviews!

This beach building set is wonderful. Is it 100% realistic? No. Welcome to SL, nothing is. This is darn close, and the sound is a nice touch (you can turn it off if you don't like it). The wave sections are even un-linkable, so you can use them to create breakwaters along rocky shores, as well.

They take a little work to use, but this product clearly states that it is a BUILDING set, which is something many other reviewers seem to have missed.

I've built a wonderful beach out of this, their sand dunes, their sand textures (along with some I've made myself) and the wonderful cliffs they offer. A cuesta rock or two is in there, as well.

If you're lazy, don't buy this. If you enjoy the fun of putting together a truly modular landscaping item that looks good with an appropriate amount of effort: This is it. Best beaches in SL. PERIOD.

I am a long time user of this set. I am late to write a comment but now i am sure that it is really easy to use the different parts to have a beautiful effect. I love this beach particularly when you are in a square stand alone sim with bad shore effect.

Took a little work to get used to it, but even an amateur like me could make a great looking beach!

instructions are a like a novel that you dont want to read but need too... Basic building knowledge to color the sand. Takes alot of effort and isnt very easy to use.

Now for the good stuff. Once you get done and if you can get the color right. It will make your beach look alot better. With the rocks and wet sand and everything you can do alot of creative things.

Not sure how you do it. But yet another amazing product from studio skye. i love the ease of use. I know nothing of how to terraform so these make it easy to get a beach that is just perfect.

Sadly Disappointed

I have always been satisfied with products from Studio Skye but while I was putting these pieces together, they looked like I was putting big chunks of clay together. I tried repositioning, different angles, and the tinting system. Nothing seemed to look right for me. I was not satisfied.
