I am proud to present The Old Bridge - an enchanted interactive scene. An ancient, ivy covered structure spans a babbling brook. The pebbly river banks and rocks are an ideal place to sit, relax, meditate or even read a book!
This build takes full advantage of the power of MESH to bring you an incredibly detailed scene using a refreshingly low prim count.
NB Screen shots are taken at ground level using SL water.
Includes:
Highly detailed model and texturing
A fine set of interactive animations - cuddle, sit and relax in many ways!
Adjustable animation positions for individual AVs
Switchable river sound
17 prims
Footprint 12 x 20 meters
Copy | Mod | No Trans
Note: Animations are set up for position at supplied size. You can make manual adjustments if you change the size.

This is an older item going back to at least 2012 and the textures are a bit burry if you get up too close. Also, I thought I was buying -only- the bridge but it comes with these two land pieces on each side and a little like gully piece for a creek or river. You're not going to be able to match the grass texture to your land texture because it has the tracks in it for the bridge. If you unlink those 3 pieces it breaks the poses.
It's mod so you could make those 3 pieces invisible but then you're losing the tracks in the grass to the bridge again. Would be nice if this item was updated.
It's quaint country and I love the poses to hang out on the bridge with.
Thanks!
works well with rustic road and animated river set
I've got two of these set up at slight angles and matched with Studio Skye rustic road and they pair well along with one meeting the animated river and the other going above a section of the animated river set. In my case I'm using the animated river set to create a creek and for this purpose the bridges look nice. I knew the bridges had animations when I bought them but didn't think about them until my landscaping was done but they are nice, tranquil animations.
Almost perfect but falls a bit short.
Dear landscapers, you'll love this bridge, its detail, its animations. If you love it as much as I did, you'll buy the Winter version, too. But there's one more thing you'll want, which would make the Old Bridge perfect--more height.
Dear Alex Bader, please give us the ability to travel under the bridge with at least a small boat, and on foot. It's not a really bridgy bridge if you can't go under it. While you're at it, make it four seasons changeable. I'll give that version of the Old Bridge all five stars.
Great Bridge - But one suggestion that it had a version to match country tracks from same maker
Lovely vintage bridge but one suggestion that it had a version to match country tracks from same maker. I love the bridge but would have liked a seamless colour blend to the makers country track roads - less green and a mossy version in the box.
Not bad but...
I rly like animations in bridge, water animated texture but idk if making it with ground and rivier under as one linkset is good move in fact i cant now put bridge above anything i would like, aslo product for 699 shall not have mistakes like that (fitting plants with bridge stone barriers) https://gyazo.com/3a0bd6f5fd5a2a06f0d75a388719800f as u can see guys its just float, i tried change position via edit menu but there is no way to do that without plants clipping in other places. Taught its gonna be more modular like rest stuffs from this shop i actually got but still its not bad tho, but not for 5 stars for that price. If textures would be included would be great so would be more comfy to make own textures. Good thing is i can unlink it and still try fit it to my stuffs. So textures in pack would be nice or at least something what let me where stuffs are when i making my own thing, but that wines thigs (its just not fitted to barrier) its just not acceptable ;/
picture perfect addition!
This si a wonderfully animated and appearing item the textures ae realistic and the animations are sweet and captivating. Thank youa s this is a very nice addition to our land !
