I use this tracker often when i'm online, Easy to use and works with no problems.
Do Not Expect Any Sort of Support except Contemptuous Comments
The product works, though I would have formatted things a lot differently. When I requested customer service, I got a snide comment that I should read the manual, the answer is in there.
First, he could have answered the question directly with fewer keystrokes.
Second, there is no 'manual' only a notecard which I did read and did not find the answer or I would not have contacted the person in the first place.
Basically, if you must ask for customer support expect to be treated like a third class idiot. I will not buy from this individual again.
