Bleeker Street New York Loft -- I didn't make the loft, I bought it for decoration and resale. It's called a prefab. All the artwork is my own, with the canvases made by me in Sl. The furniture is by one of the 3 best mesh designers in Sl.
This layout will take the Matrix and Beacon and other items made by Xxaxx Constantine. You must place them yourself. You can link them and manifest them at need for the layout. Watch at class for hints on how to make this work easily.

Although you can rezz this layout, it is primarily intended as a Dream Catcher setup for other layouts -- however, you will find that you can use it to host talks with small groups. The tv sets can be set to gorebagg's channel on youtube or to justin.tv if you wish.
The shower works. So does the bathroom sink. Other stuff does, too. You'll need to install your own two-way teleport or do what everyone else does...just use a landmark where you want to end up in the loft. Of course, if you rezz it a different place every time, you'll have a terrific mess on your hands. Don't make me laugh when my lips are chapped, haw haw.
