This Head applier is designed compatible with Gianni Mesh body wearing Catwa mesh heads such as Victor, Daniel, Stanley and Skell.
You will need Gianni Mesh body by Signature and use the Signature HUD applier as body applier for your Gianni Mesh body. You will also need the above mentioned mesh heads by Catwa.
The Model in the picture is wearing Victor mesh head.
