**NOYA** ECLAT - MESH - Black Leather Knee Boots

Some advice: do not deal with this person, her customer service stinks. I allowed two weeks for my issue to be resolved and sent two (polite) messages...I was ignored. This is simply NOT good enough. *AVOID*

I love this boots, fit my shape perfectly and the texture is awesome!
I wear them with many shapes and never had problem, there are 3 sizes so can fit many different shapes.
Definitly deserve 5 star for me.

Ive been looking for boots like these for a time, they go with most clothes and look fantastic. NOYA always produces great clothes and boots. You cannot get better.

I am a very easy person to please. I am also an experienced builder so it is not "user error" either. I contacted the designer on 10-30-12 because the boots did not fit right. I tried 3 different LAQ shapes and they still left my legs cut off and slid away from the boots, they looked like i moved them hafway off my leg. Due to the mesh and design it wont allow me to move them to fit. Finally on 11-10-12 she said she will "work" on the issue and get back to me. On 1-10-13, after waiting since 11-10-12 for her to "fix" my issue I contacted her back and she said she never got a nc. I sent it again and looked in my chat history which detailed how she said she would fix the issue. She tells me she cant help me because its my shape. As I said, I tried 3 LAQ shapes, had same problem. I asked for my lindens back. She did pay me back but muted me because I complained. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I would give this 0 stars if I could. Just think about who youre dealing with when it comes to this designer.
