This is a scripted guard with shifting eyes carrying a spear that can stand guard over your most important items while you are away. When clicked he responds with a status message based upon what you put in the object description. Also this guard recognizes both LockGuard and LockMeister collars and does not verbally respond to those wearers (he simply nods instead and then ignores them).
