Cute house!
This is perfect for a toony village, or by itself. The low prim version is only 8 land impact and has all the collisions you'd need. It can be stretched to be taller or wider with a few adjustments for a door perhaps. Floor, walls and roof are easy to retexture. The house is also raised so it works well for less flat surfaces.
