The Novaya Russia Staff Car is one of the historical pieces of our great nation! She may be old and primmy, but she'll serve the function well. Not going to fool you, she's a bit ugly, but that's a kind of beauty all to her own. Also a front area is allocated for your own logo (just select face in the build menu and hit our logo to select a different texture and make it your own!)
