Very versatile!!
This build is great on its own straight out of the box for anyone who's not as obsessed with PBR as I am, but I wanted to also point out that it's built in such a way that customization and adding new textures is AN ABSOLUTE DREAM. The faces and linked meshes all make complete sense and nothing is fiddly or weird to work with. Absolutely fantastic little building.
TL;DR - it's cute as-is and simple as pie to upgrade with PBR textures. <3
