Package contains a pair of mesh eyes (four iris sizes, hud driven), alpha layer, four pairs of system eyes and instructions.

Your eyes will be automatically centered and will remain still as soon as you attach the hud to your avatar. Hud includes an A-pose function and the option of resizing the eyeball, in case you wear a tiny or big mesh head.

Worked perfect using the HUD to resize them a bit for my Aesthetic mesh head. Just nudged them both forward position-wise and they are so much better than the mesh eyes I was using.
