I've been in SL since 07 and have bought a lot of houses in that time. Some of which I paid 4 times more than the cost of this one. Despite paying less for this house, it is by far one of the nicest, most detailed and realistic houses that I've owned. It's also modifiable, so you can customize it to meet your land needs. My land is waterfront and half is underwater. I added some wood pilings to the part of house that was over the water and it looks beautiful as a old southern beach house. I've had the house up for a few weeks and have received many random compliments from people that I don't know, that happened to be sailing by. I've never written a review before but with this house and the work that the builder put in to it, compelled me to write one. Definitely a 5+ stars.
