Product is Great .. No Service
I tried to purchase this product in world, but the vendor did not give me my product. I have contacted the maker multiple times but have had no response. This has been three weeks now with repeated contacts in both notecards and IM's. While I like the product, I can't recommend this maker because of the extremely poor customer service.
