Depending on how creative you are you can use this as a template to setup rentals or neighborhood environment.... you can take out the homes and put up different ones or even house fillers so much could be done so thanks for this setup.

It seems to me the creator has either no idea of the build, or it were his first "walking attempts". From "AMAZING AND DELUXE" KAN HERE NEVER TO BE THE SPEECH.
I advise everyone of it, ALSO if it costs "ONLY" L $ 99.
So something belongs in the dustbin and not here on MP !!!!!!!

purchased this it looked good at the time i saw it then when i rezz it on big land i have,says cant rezz plants its not the plants i want its the houses etc , will look into this for sure .

I don't believe in writing negative reviews unless there is some real evidence seller has actually been online and flatly disregards purchasers sweetly-toned notecard asking for help with what appears to be a box unable to rez out in a public sandbox (error says "cant rez plants" so this linked item must include those growing temp plants or something that cant be rezzed at sandboxes?, uncertain). And even so, as one who know what evidence is (and is not), not getting a response (alone) *never* proves buyers contact is being ignored.
Seller showing later same day as logged in for 30 minutes and still no response to buyers sweet-ly toned notecard, now that hints at a different story.
This purchased box arrived unable to rez - even in a public sandbox it errors because you're not allowed in public sandbox to "rez plants".
Notecard sweet-still no response. Whatever, *at best* seller had more important things to attend to in that thirty minutes than I (at worst they could care less once they already have the L$99). So perhaps seller isn't even on SL anymore and they logged in just long enough to turn off the "auto email" setting I wouldn't know for sure to give them a break because *cough* they didn't give me the courtesy of a guess what "response" smiles. No biggie to me, L$99 already gone *pft*, I purchased similar item later same day from a totally different seller for less and it *cough* rezzed out fine as advertised go figure. My SL life goes on, but certainly not going to spend much time connecting with this seller. :)
So shoppers: at best this seller was unavailable for support at least once Jan 2014 (regardless of reason for no-reply), so if you can afford the L$99 investment to risk the same thing happening to you then hit the BUY button.
This, even so, giving more courtesy to seller than they afforded me for my L$99.
wow dude is a hater who ever posted that comment, this lil neighborhood is pretty decent, my wife loves it, were just going to do some retextureing. The homes are not ment to be huge dude! this is perfect for our tenants we will be renting to. man forget the people who hate, you did a good job on this, I was looking for a neighborhood type setting, which is hard to find and at this price who can complain? well besides ppl who dont have common sense to know to go in edit mode when rezing that are not in rez boxes!.....im givin 5 stars on the fact that this was what I was looking for, and its mod, I love things I can add to or redo, it gives the buyer more creativity. keep up the good work. it has a kitchen, and a bathroom, I mean come on, this was cway more then I exspected.
I cant believe I almost passed up this deal just because of that comment.
everything is mod so u can move anything ,add anything or take things away.
