How to:
1)Activate the gesture Talk
2)Wear the Neko Babbler(It will go on the TOP HUD Slot,but it will be at the top right)
3)To activate the Babbler push the paw and start talking
4)Talking via the device is made by this way:
Example:
"/talk I'm your boss!"
Output in channel: Your Name: I'm your boss!
Open Chat: Your Name: Mews...
