Horrible item at a horrible price-point
The maker of this product is my neighbor. They have been prompting me to acquire one of their products and offered to let me have one for free. For [literally] years I declined because I could tell the products were of a quality well below the asking price. Today on a whim I caved. They sent me the L$ to purchase this product and I, feeling compelled initially left a good review in the hopes that they would listen to what I had to say about the issues with the item. They did not, instead trying to prove how I was "wrong" about the problems with the product which I will now list:
- The menu does not respond properly on rez. The options require multiple toggles before they work.
- The melee does not work properly, it's stated in the notecard that there are 5 melee modes while there is no option to select them. The maker said it would change automatically with bullet selection... It does not, staying on the "blank" melee.
- The sounds are horrendous, especially the "suppressed" sound effects which are literally the same sound effect but with volume lowered.
- Many of the damage prims do not have their impactsound set to (); so they spam default impact sounds when used.
- The "AO" does not work upon pulling out the gun after first rez, it must be toggled.
The maker has been touting a "new version" of his weapons for a while, but I hope for the sake of integrity it's released as an update. It was good to have a sample of this creators products. Their price point is beyond horrendous, especially for what is delivered. As someone who has enjoyed SL munitions for more than a decade and a half, I cannot in good faith recommend them.

Nice build and always a joy to shoot and excellent for home defense. Make sure you do not use the grenades in your apartment, your Landlord will surely be very unhappy.

Works and looks very good! Over the years I have bought several guns from this maker (Marios) and never been disappointed. While unlike what seems common with many makers who do not care about customers or even their own product quality much I have always found this maker to care and try to help. This strong effort is shown in his customer focus and product quality. Currently (4/2019) he has been tied up with health issues and not on often, but does reply as soon as he can. I hope we see more fine Russian weapons in the future. Wish you the best Marios!!!
