The Neural Programmer is designed to gently push the wearer toward a change in behavior with the use of constant, rapid, messaging ~ similar to subliminal messaging, advertising, or any other type of repeated messaging.

The Neural Programmer can be used to help encourage a person, reminding them of their value, importance, and how much they are loved; or it can be used to help control someone, encourage behaviors that aren't in their best interest and may generally be considered nefarious.

By default, you are the only person that can access your Neural Programmer. Share access to the Neural Programmer with caution.

~The HUD for the Neural Programmer was designed to be worn all the time without preventing the wearer from being able to touch, see, sit, or anything they would normally do unlike some similar products. The HUD places words or phrases from a program notecard in random places of the wearers screen for a fraction of a second each.

~Text can be set to one of 10 different colors or randomized so that each message is a different color, making it harder for your conscious mind to recognize them

~Cycle time of messages being displayed can be reduced from 100% if it is too overwhelming at first. Cycle times are presented as a percentage of time every hour.

~Programs can be loaded and controlled from an 'Owners HUD' that can be automatically given depending on the permissions you have allowed.

~The Neural Programmer is unrigged mesh and will likely require some adjustment to fit properly
