I made this little hut for our VKC-Dog "Spike", but you can use it for any pet living in your house, court or garden. The house is "Phantom" in order for your pet to enter or leave it, but that wont disturb her or him, its also 4 Prims only!
The House is copy / mod, so you can change it, but i made it specifically to fit with my series of New England Beach Houses.
If you would like a custom name (1 per brought house), instead of "Spike", send me the enclosed form.
(Does NOT include the dog or decoration)
