New Visitor Greeter
A small, unobtrusive pyramid that will greet new visitors that come within a customizable radius. You can easily change the greeter's message to something that will be useful to you in welcoming new people to your land or delivering information to whom it may concern by editing the information in the script within the object's content folder.
The collected list of those who have already visited is automatically reset when the message is changed in the script, so you can easily set new greetings and informational bulletins without worrying about them not reaching those who have already been within range in the past.
The New Visitor Greeter also allows "/13 power on" and "/13 power off" commands for easy enabling/disabling of message sending without resetting the script and list of past visitors.
I love this greeter... not only is it incredibly useful to be able to greet on a first visit but the script is open for modification which makes it very straightfroward to add in lines to hand out notecards, images and landmarks - and also to change things like the visibility of the floating text etc. I have this in use in various properties and I am very pleased with it...
