Well, here it is at last. The packing of the rezzer took the entire evening; the whole thing including the decorating and preparation of artwork, etc. plus modifications of furniture....it all took a total of 40+ hours.
Please note -- I did not link these items, I stuffed them individually into a rezz box. This allows you to move stuff around anyway you like, once it's been rezzed. Of course, when you unrezz it and then rezz it again, it will revert to my design.
You can add items to this build, but everything you add will cost something in the way of prims, and it's already staggering under the well-designed weight of 975 prims, so beware of too much embellishment!
You get some incredible furniture, which is all copy/mod, so have fun with it, but you can't sell it! In order to sell these, you have to buy them full perm from the various makers.
You also get my signed artwork, which in Rl would amount to more value than the house itself.
This is my first major rezzing project, and it turned out rather well, after some interesting and challenging disasters.

This build is qualified permitted for use in the Ashram Annex, and requires a land area of 64x64 meters to accommodate everything in the build.
